The ill-fated Dankia-Suoi Vang resort complex – previously Vietnam’s largest tourist project — is set for a revival, provided the Japanese investor receives approval for its $1 billion investment plan.
Tuyen Lam Lake Tourist Zone Authority of Lam Dong Province last weekend gave the deadline of December 31 for nine slow-moving investors, asking them to speed up progress or have their projects revoked, an official said.
As of this evening, October 10, the 30-second television commercial introducing Vietnam as an attractive destination for travellers will be broadcast regularly on CNN Asia (including Japan).
